How is this different from AliExpress or a catalogue app?
Those are middlemen — you buy a listing at a marked-up price and stitch the rest
together yourself. We're your supplier and your supply chain: we source from the
manufacturers on pooled volume, inspect, pack in your branding, ship, and carry the
EU side. One all-in price with nothing added later.
How do I know your price is actually better?
You don't, until we show you. Send one product. If we can't beat what you're paying,
we say so instead of pricing it anyway.
Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No. You can run order by order from day one, exactly as you do now. Holding stock
gets you better pricing and faster shipping when your volume justifies it — your call,
and it comes later.
What's the minimum order?
Typically 100–500 units for a bulk run, and no minimum at all if you fulfil order by
order. Your quote shows the real MOQ before you commit.
What happens if a batch is bad?
We agree an acceptable defect rate in writing before the first order. Anything over
it we replace at our cost and take up with the factory. You're not the one arguing
with a supplier in another timezone.
How long does shipping take?
8–12 days to most of Europe on our standard lane, faster on higher plans. We give you
the honest number for your product and destination, not a best case.
Who's responsible for VAT, customs and product safety?
We are, on the EU side. Since 1 July 2026 low-value imports lost their duty exemption
and GPSR requires an EU-based responsible party. A European company can carry that; an
overseas supplier can't. It's a core reason to have us as your supply chain.
Can I move one product first?
Yes, and you probably should. Move one product, sample it, compare the result, shift
the rest when you're satisfied. No lock-in, no long contract.
